I went to Bolero for a friend's birthday party. It was my first time at the restaurant and I was absolutely pleased with my experience. All of the meats brought to the table were cooked perfectly. Speaking of which, you need to show up hungry because the servers will just keep bringing you more as long as you have your totem flipped to green. We did get a great piece of advice - don't fill up too much on the salads, cheeses and vegetable dishes. Those are meant to compliment the slices of meat you'll be getting. I think my favourite was the habanero pork loin. Hard to choose. The pineapple was really great too.

Great place, great value, excellent service and food. The meat doesn’t taste dry at all and can actually taste the meat’s taste. Highly recommended for the dessert. Special big shout out to Leigh, amazing person with great service, excellent customer skills.font let him go! He is the reason make the meal fascinating!

This restaurant provides an experience you won’t forget. I love going here as a very special night out for all the unbelievable tasty meat, and that beautiful caramelized pineapple. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. I never had my drink emptied even once! Given the quality and quantity of top shelf meats served, well worth the price.

Place has a really good vibe :) Perfect for celebrations (as on the bit pricier end) or even just a usual dine in. The servers were very attentive and explained the meat and cuts very well. Not a hot take, — the caramelized pineapple was one of the highlights of that night. tres leches

One of my favourite Brazilian steakhouses. Service is second to none; they come to your table with a variety of grilled meats on a regular basis. Chicken wrapped in bacon, sirloin steak blackened, lamb, grilled pineapple, prime rib and a very nice buffet of salads, potatoes, rice, asparagus, and cheeses. Very reasonably priced at 55 per person plus drinks. A relaxing overall experience. Before I forget, the desserts were outstanding. I had passionfruit mousse and was pleasantly surprised to find it layered in chocolate and at the bottom of the parfait glass there was actual passionfruit. The cheesecake was gigantic, creamy and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful Mother's Day.

Party of 12 coming here for grad dinner. They had no trouble seating us, or providing heaps of food quickly and efficiently to the table. I had 5 meats on my plate before I could even eat them. Had one person who couldn't have butter, and they easily accommodated with a dairy free platter of meats for them. We brought our own wine as well, very reasonable 20 corkage. Drink prices were reasonable. A few of the kids had dessert (I was soo full of meat, not a chance for me!!), they were huge, definitely sharing size, all good. I also appreciated the waiter specifically pointing out the 18% auto gratuity on the bill, and reminded me not to double tip. Will definitely come back again.

First time coming to Bolero and it was a fantastic experience. The service is amazing. We decided with my husband that Bolero will be our place to celebrate good times and achievements, the energy is immaculate. The food is excellent. I am a fan of chef Daniel and his creations. This week he added to the menu a Chocolate Passion Fruit Mousse and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Best dessert I have ever eaten , a real explosion of flavours.

Bolero is hands down one of the best dining experiences in YYC if you're a fan of Brazilian-style rodizio. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with just the right balance of upscale and casual. Our server, Kyle was incredibly friendly, attentive and honest, which we really appreciated. He made sure we were well taken care of without being overbearing, and his genuine attitude added a personal touch to the whole experience. It's rare to find service that feels both professional and down to earth, and Kyle nailed it. And of course, the other staff are very friendly and attentive as well. The star of the show is the endless parade of perfectly grilled meats Each cut was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The picanha and rib eye were our personal favourites ngl but honestly, everything we tried was delicioso. The salad bar and hot sides were also excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high quality options.
